Our team of experienced and dedicated consultants will work hand in hand with your organization’s representative to achieve your certification within your targeted time frame. A gap analysis will be conducted to understand the areas for improvement followed by a strategic action plan upon discussion with the various representatives in your organizations. Formal and informal on-going trainings will be provided throughout the whole process to ensure better understanding by all personnel involved. Multiple meetings will be organized to design the documentation and practices best suited to your organization. The implemented system then goes through multiple checking, review, amendments, improvements, internal audits and management review prior to third party certification process.

We also provide support during and post certification to ensure all necessary actions are implemented accordingly.

Further, we also extend our support services to customers in their route to register the products with relevant Malaysian authorities such as MDA and NPRA.
